Role: PCGS Coordinator & Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PCGS Coordinator & Customer Service Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can effectively manage the submission pipeline for certified coins and banknotes while providing exceptional customer service to clients at our reception area.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset for continuous process improvement.

About the Role:

  • Schedule and manage customer appointments and internal submissions for PCGS grading services.
  • Track grading submissions from intake to distribution ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle customs entry/exit procedures and maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to visitors, handle calls/emails, and maintain a smooth operation of the reception area.
  • Represent our organization at trade shows across Australia promoting PCGS services.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles.
