Dynamic Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Assistant Development Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development team, working closely with the Development Manager on various projects.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing project documentation and reports, navigating council portals for Development Applications, and organizing PCG meetings. They will also oversee project budgets and expenses, engage with clients and contractors, and handle project administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Navigate complex council portals for Development Applications.
  • Organize and manage PCG meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reporting.
  • Oversee project budgets and expenses to ensure timely delivery.
  • Engage with clients and contractors to facilitate project progress.
  • Handle project administration tasks, including minute-taking during meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, and consultants.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant degree in Property, Construction, Finance, or Commerce, and at least 18 months of experience as an Assistant Development Manager. Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Word, and a passion for the property industry are essential requirements.
