We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of PCGS Coordinator & Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about numismatics and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and managing PCGS customer appointments, tracking grading submissions from intake to distribution, handling customs entry/exit, and maintaining clear compliance records. They will also be expected to greet and serve visitors, manage calls/emails, and keep reception running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and time-critical workflows
  • Manage and track customer submissions
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Represent the company at trade shows across Australia
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service
  • Confidence with computer programs, especially Microsoft Excel and other web-based tools; quick to learn new systems
