Customer Service and Pipeline Coordinator

As a key team member, we are seeking a detail-driven coordinator to manage our PCGS submission pipeline and serve as the first point of contact for clients at reception. This full-time position requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and coordinate customer appointments and internal submissions
  • Track grading submissions from intake to distribution
  • Handle customs entry/exit and maintain accurate compliance records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greet visitors, manage calls/emails, and ensure reception runs smoothly
  • Represent the PCGS Submission Centre at trade shows across Australia
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with computer programs, especially Microsoft Excel and other web-based tools; ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
