Project Coordinator Role

Manage project delivery from inception to closure, ensuring monthly project deliverables are completed. Establish a project budget and programme to guarantee successful delivery in accordance with client requirements.

  • Chair weekly project meetings and prepare PCG (Project Control Group) reports and RFP (Request for Proposal)
  • Involve in value engineering, buildability analysis, and critically review design and documentation to maximise outcomes
  • Represent the best interests of the client from inception to completion of projects
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee project initiation and close-out phases
  2. Coordinate and manage project stakeholders
  3. Develop and implement effective project management strategies
  4. Monitor project progress against milestones and timelines
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports of project activities
Requirements

Confidence to manage project delivery from inception to closure, experience in managing cost reporting systems and an understanding of legal environment within projects.

  • Able to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities
  • Detailed understanding of different project delivery methods
  • Relevant degree and 3 years' experience or a combination of formal education and experience exceeding 8 years
