Business Development Manager for Fleet Expansion

This is a dynamic role that involves identifying and securing new fleet customers to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales volume targets for fleet expansion.
  • Meet or surpass Gross Profit Per Unit (GPU) targets.
  • Identify and secure new fleet customers to expand market share.
  • Participate in pricing negotiations to secure business.
  • Use market insights and product knowledge to promote the company's unique value proposition.
  • Cross-sell opportunities within the product range.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in fleet sales is essential.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth in national fleet sales roles.
  • Consistent track record of meeting vehicle sales targets.
  • Experience managing medium business partnerships, government accounts, and fleet leasing relationships.
  • Skilled in tender participation and pricing strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, fleet leasing providers, government agencies, and rental car companies.
  • Ability to work closely with support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective supplier management.
