You will oversee contract management activities, ensure compliance with key policies, prepare insightful reports for leadership review, and proactively seek out opportunities for process improvement.

Develop and implement effective strategies for fleet acquisition by providing expert advice and guidance tailored to meet the needs of internal clients.
Deliver high-quality training and support for all fleet-related activities, ensuring best practices are consistently applied throughout the organisation.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant corporate policies related to procurement and fleet management, maintaining high standards of governance at all times.
Prepare detailed month-end and year-end reports on fleet operations, including budgets, accruals settlements, and other essential management information.
Conduct comprehensive spend analysis on fleet expenditure, interpreting trends to identify opportunities for open contracting strategies and consolidation of spend.
Identify areas of leakage in fleet spending and take prompt corrective action to optimise resource allocation.
Manage contracts related to fleet operations by applying service level agreements, nurturing strategic relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry techniques and market changes to ensure continuous improvement in fleet and procurement processes.
Standardise processes and documentation across the department while identifying new efficiency opportunities based on current industry trends.
Support additional business operations assignments as required by senior management, contributing positively to project-based initiatives.
