National Fleet Support Business Development Specialist

Contribute to delivering exceptional service and business growth as a key account manager.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional service standards across the national network.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a strategic national account call plan to maintain regular client engagement.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and drive new business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client enquiries and service requests.
- Monitor and report on service performance against agreed KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Leverage CRM systems to document activities, track interactions, and identify trends or service gaps.
- Assist the Sales team with tender and proposal support as it relates to fleet services.
Requirements
- Prior experience in account management, customer service, or fleet services is essential.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are required.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service are necessary.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is highly regarded.
