Job Description

At Superloop, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing technical guidance and resolution to our growing Home Broadband customers.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly empathetic and curious learner to join our team. If you have previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries in relation to sales, billing, technical support, installation, and provisioning requests.
  • Deliver a high level of customer interaction by communicating, prioritizing, and actioning queries in a timely manner.
  • Work with the team to provide solutions for customers regarding technical and maintenance requests.
  • Communicate with customers proactively and enthusiastically.
  • Manage and resolve customer billing queries by liaising with sales and technical staff.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating high levels of technical knowledge and positive interaction.

About You

  • Highly empathetic and curious learner.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships and professional relationships with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical understanding and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Professionally conduct all communication with customers with an understanding of etiquette and appropriate resolution of matters.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
