Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through technical guidance and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer customer queries on sales, billing, technical support, installation, and provisioning requests
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions by communicating, prioritizing, and actioning queries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the team to provide solutions for customers on technical and maintenance requests
• Communicate proactively and enthusiastically with customers
• Manage and resolve customer billing queries by liaising with sales and technical staff
• Demonstrate high levels of technical knowledge and positive interaction to deliver an excellent customer experience

About You
We're looking for a highly empathetic and curious learner with previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role. You should be able to build and maintain strong internal relationships and professional relationships with clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as technical understanding and the ability to resolve complex issues. You should be comfortable working in a team environment and have a professional demeanor when communicating with customers.
