Product Pricing Strategist

The RoleAs a Product Pricing Specialist within our dynamic commercial team, you'll play a vital role in steering the financial, operational, and procurement success of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise, with plenty of room for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the product management team to provide commercial support with business case preparation, offering commercial advice and modeling for both new and existing products.
- Proactively manage product commercials, ensuring comprehensive analysis and accurate tracking is in place on a monthly basis and support forecasting/budgeting processes.
- Analyze and track pricing, vendor and partner input costs to identify trends, exposures, revenue generation and margin management initiatives.
- Assist commercial and product teams in conducting periodic procurement reviews on key suppliers and assist with strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Assist commercial and pricing teams with product price positioning, profitability analysis and product lifecycle analysis.
- 5+ years' experience in financial and/or commercial roles, within an ICT service provider, technology company or equivalent commercial environment.
- Proven ability to consolidate diverse data sources into comprehensive analytical models.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a talent for achieving outcomes even with conflicting priorities.
- An inquisitive mindset with a passion for solving commercial challenges.
- CA/CPA or MBA qualifications are desirable.
