The Role

As a Product Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionising our telecommunications products. This is your chance to shape the future of our product market, leading product strategies and driving success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll own the product roadmap, strategy and product support systems, ensuring our offerings exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative product strategies for our telecommunication offerings.
  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to the market.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs to ensure our products lead the pack.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Be the go-to expert for all things voice products, making your mark on our portfolio.
