The Role:

  1. The Product Strategist is responsible for driving product strategy and development.
  2. Develop and implement product roadmaps to meet business objectives.
  3. Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  4. Oversee marketing efforts to launch new products, including pricing, positioning, and performance monitoring.
  5. Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and trends.
  6. Engage with end-users, attend industry events, and travel to meet stakeholders.
  7. This role is ideal for a technical sales support engineer in the security space looking to advance their career and take on a challenging and meaningful role.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in a product management or technical sales role in the security industry.
  2. Technical knowledge of electronic security products, such as access control and intrusion systems, or similar real-time technologies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
  4. A tertiary degree in a technical or engineering field is highly desirable.
  5. Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
