Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team at NICE. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our projects and products through effective collaboration with our Development Team.
Key Responsibilities- Convey and Motivate the Project Vision: Clearly articulate and communicate the project vision to the scrum team, ensuring alignment and motivation to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to anticipate and understand requirements for prioritized initiatives, translating these into well-defined user stories.
- Maintain a Balanced Backlog: Maintain a healthy sprint and product backlog, balancing optimization and tactical initiatives to ensure a smooth operating rhythm for delivery.
- Lead and Participate in Scrum Ceremonies: Actively lead and participate in scrum ceremonies, including grooming, retros, planning, and standups, to create a collaborative and efficient delivery environment.
- Partner with the Product Lead: Collaborate with the Product Lead to explore and refine roadmap initiatives, working to execute and iteratively deliver on the product roadmap.
- Analyze Incidents and Problems: Conduct analysis of incidents and problems as they arise, making seamless the processes of root cause and solution identification.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to increase the velocity and quality of work, delivering value to customers faster.
- Build Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
- Communicate Customer Issues: Clearly communicate customer issues to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution or workaround.
- Contribute to the Product Development Roadmap: Input into the product development roadmap, including ideas, feedback from customers, and validation of releases prior to general release.
- Validate Story Outcomes: Ensure that story outcomes are met and communicate with stakeholders on acceptance criteria.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Industry Experience: Experience within a B2B software environment, preferably with Contact Center or CRM technologies.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to lead and energize the team, strong critical thinking and business acumen.
