About the Role

Asahi Beverages is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our National Field Sales team in the Hobart region. This exciting opportunity will see you take ownership of our beer portfolio, driving brand presence and sales across on and off premise customers and national retail accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive category growth and brand presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including on and off premise and retail clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver joint business plans and execute in trade
  • Deliver sales results and category growth targets
  • Utilize your commercial thinking and negotiation skills to drive business outcomes

About You

We are looking for a tenacious and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and marketing. You will have previous experience in a liquor or FMCG sales role, with exceptional relationship-building capability and strong commercial thinking. You will also have a positive attitude, strong resilience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
