Frontline Services Coordinator

The Frontline Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients, stakeholders and colleagues by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrating professionalism and responding promptly to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality telephone and reception support to clients, stakeholders and the general public by maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor, acknowledging all visitors and callers, respecting diversity and addressing their concerns efficiently.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships, collaborate seamlessly and professionally with all levels of staff.
- Maintain skills to effectively utilize a range of information and communication technology systems.
- Assist clients who are distressed, angry or confrontational with empathy, implementing established security protocols as required.
- Offer support through a variety of administrative functions as needed.
- Ensure accurate and complete records of your work activities, including client contact and referrals, in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by adhering to legislative requirements and organizational occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
In this capacity, you will be expected to take initiative to recommend process improvements, contribute to operational service delivery policy and process development, and provide guidance for others in the work area.
