Job Overview

Baptcare is a purpose-driven organisation providing residential and community care for older adults, support to children, families and people living with a disability, financially disadvantaged people and those seeking asylum.

The Customer Service Support role manages customer account administration tasks: scheduling services, coordinating budgets, and processing invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional telephone-based customer service to Home Care Package customers and private fee-for-service clients.
  • Collaborate daily with customers to administer care plans.
  • Update customer notes, manage schedules, process payments, and compile monthly reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in phone-based roles handling high volumes of incoming calls and problem-solving skills.
  • Aged Care sector experience is highly regarded.
  • Qualifications in Office Administration or relevant experience are required.

Work Environment

Hybrid work environment with mostly remote work (90% of the time) and occasional face-to-face meetings at our head office/facility.
