About the Role:Join a well-established structural steel contractor based in Melbourne's CBD, delivering major commercial and industrial projects across Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator with steel experience to step into a key support role and playing pivotal part in coordinating project activities.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing construction/structural documentation and technical specification
  • Assist the Design Coordinator with design management requirements and shop drawing reviews
  • Coordination and management of all subcontractor's onsite
  • Reviewing and issuing of RFIs and liaising with the Contract Administrator
  • Working closely with key stakeholders (riggers, suppliers, operations team)
  • Ensuring projects are tracked and managed in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in the Construction Industry
  • Solid background in warehousing projects
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Building and Construction, Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience in structural steel - Mandatory
  • Excellent people and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Workbench (preferred not essential)
