Frontline Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our National Client Care team as a Frontline Customer Service Representative.
This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients in their legal journey, providing exceptional service and support through phone calls and other communication channels.
No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided (3-4 week component).
About the Role:
As a Frontline Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively with clients over the phone to schedule appointments with our legal teams
- Providing excellent customer service skills to meet client expectations
- Working collaboratively within our team to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Great customer service skills
- Tech savvy with ability to use multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Inbound or outbound calling experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Resilience in a busy call centre environment
