Residential Project Marketing Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the sales and marketing operations of high-profile residential projects across NSW.

About the Role

This pivotal role involves managing client relationships, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing lead and buyer journey data to optimise campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients and agencies.
  • Analyse customer interaction insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate project marketing materials including websites, listings, advertising, and display suites.
  • Provide actionable reporting and recommendations to clients.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including solicitors, architects, and media agencies.
  • Oversee international sales promotions and ensure teams are adequately briefed.
  • Contribute to business development pitches and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in residential project marketing, preferably within a developer or off-the-plan setting.
  • NSS Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality results.
