Project Marketing Specialist

This is a role that requires marketing expertise in launching, selling through and settling residential projects.

  • Manage project marketing campaigns to support sales and marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing, maintaining, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital, print, and out-of-home channels.
  • Optimize online property listings for maximum visibility.
  • Support content marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media, and PR for corporate needs.
  • Conduct competitor and customer research, analyze data, create reports, and present findings.
  • Attend project launches and events to promote properties.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing position.
  • Desirable: Project marketing or property marketing agency experience, marketing qualifications, and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with attention to detail and great time management skills.
