The Role of a Project Marketing Manager encompasses developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential projects.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior marketers to define overarching project marketing plans, overseeing daily account management, and ensuring effective communication.\\/p>\

  • Developing lead acquisition and conversion strategies to provide qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Overseeing the production of marketing assets, including renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases, and general marketing collateral.
  • Creating engaging copy for various marketing materials, such as EDMs, SMS, and social posts.
  • Mentoring and managing a Marketing Executive, providing regular one-on-ones and professional development plans.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential property marketing or land lease knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project-based marketing activities.
  • A growth mindset and ability to work collaboratively within the team and wider business.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
  • Confidence in traveling approximately once monthly.
