**Job Description**:
A rare and enviable opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join our highly successful and market leading Residential Team as we embark on our next major growth phase.

This role will see you work across all division within the Residential Asset Class, including Build to Sell (Project Marketing), General Agency/Re-sales, Build to Rent, Development Site Sales, and Research and Strategic Advisory.

Based in our Sydney CBD office, you will work with the Residential leadership team nationally and the Marketing & Communications team to develop and implement strategies for the Residential team to lead and innovate with marketing, position our people as experts and create memorable service experience for clients and customers.

**Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role are**:

- Drive innovation in residential marketing; be it digital innovation, new digital products, communication trends, alliance marketing, new mediums or tools.
- Champion the Colliers Residential website including upgrades, improvements and digital initatives to drive leads.
- Position the brand of Colliers Residential, including advertising, events, social and traditional media etc.
- Develop creative, lead generating brand campaigns to support the Residential businesses.
- Manage the residential social media accounts, focusing on driving followers, engagement and lead generation.
- Produce marketing materials and content that help operators to engage with clients and sell our capability.
- Be the expert across all Residential marketing systems (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Increase effectiveness of lead generation and the customer journey.
- Actively participate in national marketing meetings, share best practice and collaborate with all members of the company's marketing & communications team.
- Provide leadership to and develop a team culture among other Residential marketers (and those accountable for marketing).
- Manage all internal communications for the national Residential business.

**Qualifications**:
**Core Competencies and Role Requirements include**:

- Degree or Diploma qualification with a Marketing/ Communications/ Business speciality.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience within similar field.
- Experience within the Real Estate Industry is desirable.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to manage and work as part of a team and manage complex projects simultaneously, while also effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
