Residential Project Lead

We seek a skilled leader to oversee the construction of residential projects from planning to delivery. As the central point of contact for stakeholders, you will maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Your leadership will directly impact customer experience, helping them move into homes that are well-built, safe, and tailored to their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Construction Supervisors across multiple-site projects
  • Oversee site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, trades, and clients
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Champion a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement, and community engagement
About You
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to specifications
  • Trade background (preferably carpentry) with a Certificate IV in Building and Construction
  • Qualified Supervisor Certificate
  • Experience working directly with developers and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
