Senior Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to support our up-and-coming lifestyle residential communities in New South Wales.

This strategic role is ideal for an individual with experience in manufactured housing estates and the land lease community model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to, supervise, and project manage current and proposed projects across the business.
  • Deliver and track projects within agreed financial parameters.
  • Manage tender and construction processes and appoint external consultants as necessary.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts for each project or stage.
  • Prepare development reports and ensure that executive team members are informed of sector developments and opportunities.
About You:
  • Understanding of Manufactured Housing Estate (MHE) and land lease community model preferred.
  • Experience in residential and integrated housing projects, staging, and design.
  • Strong industry networks and analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling.
  • Proficiency in Estate Master software and knowledge of planning application and approval processes.
Requirements:
  • Australian work rights.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
