About the Opportunity
E4 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to join our client's dedicated Learning & Development team, supporting their Home Care division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Education Programs: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and Home Care stakeholders to identify and assess training needs, ensuring programs are aligned with organisational goals. Develop, coordinate, and deliver role-related education programs, including orientation, e-learning, and face-to-face training sessions.
- Reporting and Compliance: Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, using assessments and feedback to enhance content relevance and delivery methods. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational requirements in all training materials and activities.
- Travel and Stakeholder Engagement: Travel nationally, including to regional and metro Home Care sites, to facilitate training sessions and engage with on-site staff and managers.
- Training Records and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date training records and provide detailed reports on program outcomes and participation rates.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Education Program Manager to contribute to the development of high-quality education programs that enhance client care in the Home Care division. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build respectful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification with or without current AHPRA registration (AHPRA registration preferred).
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Training, or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months of employment.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a training or similar role, ideally within the healthcare or community care sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary Learning & Development practices, including adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
