Learning Business Partner

The Learning Business Partner will collaborate with the Learning & Development team and Home Care stakeholders to identify and assess training needs, ensuring programs are aligned with organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, coordinating, and delivering role-related education programs, including orientation, e-learning, and face-to-face training sessions.
- Regularly reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of education programs, using assessments and feedback to enhance content relevance and delivery methods.
- Maintaining up-to-date training records and providing detailed reports on program outcomes and participation rates.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and organisational requirements in all training materials and activities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant tertiary qualification with or without current AHPRA registration.
- A Certificate IV in Assessment and Training, or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months of employment.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a training or similar role, ideally within the healthcare or community care sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build respectful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary Learning & Development practices, including adult learning principles and instructional design.
