**Here is a bit more about the role**:
The role of Career Pathways Coordinator brings a strong focus on the development of the traineeship, student placements, and graduates programs

**Responsibilities**
- Coordination of the BlueCross Student Placement, Traineeship, and Nursing Graduate Programs, including the administration and management of the applicable databases
- Act as the central point of contact for RTOs and University partners and all BlueCross residences
- Ability to develop and update local procedures and Handbooks
- Demonstrate a high level of project coordination skills including the ability to work autonomously
- Develop internal collateral to build awareness of the Careers Pathways Programs
- Submit program evaluation reports.
- Monitor applicable funding from educational institutions.
- Assist with the identification of suitable participants for the BlueCross talent pipeline.
- Coordination and monitoring of administrative, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Assist with the establishment of new service agreements and updating existing service agreements.
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communications skills to manage key relationships with vendors and educational institutions.
- Work collaboratively with all residences and Central Office teams to achieve agreed outcomes.

- Excellent skills in relationship building and stakeholder management (internal and external).
- Highly skilled in project coordination.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Analytical, problem solving, research, and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Learning and Development, Project Management, or a related field.
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems
- Healthcare / Aged Care related experience
