The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Bar Supervisor to join our team at the Victoria Racing Club. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the bar.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a hospitality leader in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills to motivate and coach a team.
- A genuine passion for the beverage industry and mixology, with strong product knowledge.
- A sound understanding of venue operations and financials.
- A current valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
