The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at the Victoria Racing Club's Flemington Racecourse. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience as a Hospitality Leader in high-volume environments
  • Outstanding leadership ability to motivate, coach and lead an enthusiastic team in a high-pressure setting
  • Sound understanding of venue operations and financials, including COGs, P&Ls, labor costs, and stock management
  • Current Valid RSA
