Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a high-performing team responsible for providing and guaranteeing a reliable infrastructure to support all systems, networks, and telecommunications platforms.
- Execute the infrastructure strategy that supports the overall technology strategy of Crown Resorts, driving business value and measurable benefits.
- Assess, scale, and improve the infrastructure architecture to meet current and future business requirements, including store and digital growth, as well as new and emerging technologies.
- Advise on significant enterprise-level improvements and propose initiatives to drive business benefits, leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Develop and maintain flexible governance structures to optimize technology priorities, delivery speed, and related spend, continuously reviewing and assessing performance.
We're looking for a seasoned leader with a passion for technology and a track record of delivering large-scale transformations. You'll have a solid understanding of data centres, cloud, networks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, as well as experience in translating corporate strategies into clear business deliverables. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to develop people and build an effective team culture are essential.
A degree in engineering with additional IT qualifications or equivalent work experience is required. Experience in a gaming or hospitality environment would be advantageous.
