Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Sydney. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the APAC region. You will work closely with our sales team to qualify leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lead development for APAC, including researching accounts to understand their needs and generating interest in SugarCRM's solutions.
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and ensure they are properly updated in our CRM system.
  • Build relationships with territory sales teams and management, and effectively communicate with them to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on SugarCRM's products and solutions, and look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management.
  • Record information and maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience with value-based selling, working against a quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, determined, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with a high throughput of leads and data flow.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based on established criteria.
  • Comfortable learning key software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience using SalesLoft (or similar sales cadence tools), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or web chat tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,500 - $87,500 per year, plus commission based on ARR sales, depending on experience. We also offer a benefit stipend, health and wellness reimbursement program, educational resources, career and personal development program, and various discount programs.
