About Us:

Belgravia Academy is a leading education provider seeking a skilled Brand Development and Partnerships Specialist to drive marketing initiatives and foster strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including events and expos, to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
  • Promote programs and services through social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with enrolment targets and training activity.
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to showcase expertise and build thought leadership.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Network with businesses to establish new partnerships and leads, leveraging exceptional negotiation and partnership building skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on marketing activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and business development within the education sector.
  • Knowledge of promotional and marketing techniques, concepts, and activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Able to devise and implement promotional strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Negotiation and partnership building skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Effective networking capabilities are crucial for establishing new partnerships.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities are required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, they will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
