Job Title

Lead a strategic marketing initiative as an Assistant Marketing Manager to grow the yacht business across Australia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and promote marine and yacht products nationwide.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, traffic, generate leads, and sales through organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage social media channels including posts/stories, monitor and respond to messages in a timely fashion, and performance analysis.
  • Update website content and monitor online metrics.
  • Assist in customer relationship management (CRM) systems by updating databases, managing and tracking campaigns through various channels.
  • Build relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Seek partnership opportunities with like-minded luxury brands.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across different channels and platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand image and goals.
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as boat shows, events, brand activations, logistics, and vendor liaison.
  • Conduct research on customer demographics, competitors' strategies, and industry trends to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate photo/video shoots.
  • Handle day-to-day marketing administration including scheduling, documentation, preparing marketing reports, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in the marine, automotive, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design software.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong eye for design and storytelling with experience in content creation and campaign execution.
  • Able to manage various agencies and external vendors.
  • Experience in event coordination and management.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills.
  • A highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that can work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
