This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our growing Marketing Department at Belle Property Head Office.

As the Brand Marketing Specialist for our Belle Property brands at Propvue Group, you will support the Brand Marketing Lead in managing all creative aspects of our brand and marketing efforts. Reporting into and working closely with the Brand Marketing Lead and collaborating with various teams, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Belle Property brand portfolio, including Belle Property, Belle Escapes, Belle Commercial and Belle International.

You will work with the Brand Marketing Lead on briefing and managing brand projects with graphic designers and/or suppliers. You will work on multiple projects concurrently, such as property marketing, agent and office marketing, listing presentations, merchandise, campaigns, and brand guidelines.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and build collateral and merchandise within our supplier systems and stock shops.
- Have oversight and final approvals of all new collateral being produced before production begins with suppliers.
- Assist with new marketing campaigns to launch new offices and work with designers on marketing artwork as needed.
- Supplier relationships and quality control management
- Monitor marketing templates, branding and content creation used by franchisees and agents to ensure it is compliant to our brand standards.
- Assist with all corporate brand marketing needs and graphic design workflow for brand initiatives.
- Alongside the Brand Marketing Lead, review and action network feedback and explore new brand and marketing initiatives.
- Research brand marketing trends in real estate and report findings
- On-going development of brand guidelines and network product offering with 3rd party suppliers; video, print marketing, printers, digital proposals, etc.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written skills.

- Great teamworking skills.
