Event Management Professional

This role involves overseeing the overall event management and delivery process, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful event outcomes.
  • Manage event budgets and finances, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to coordinate event logistics and layouts.
  • Foster a high level of customer service and satisfaction among exhibitors and attendees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in major events and sales processes.
  • Proven track record in similar roles, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work logically and efficiently, achieving goals and producing high-level outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, including well-developed writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Event Management (or equivalent) is desirable.
