Event Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced event management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall event management and end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring that every event is delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with a 12–24 month critical time path to ensure timely delivery of all event milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement sales and exhibition strategies, driving profitability by reducing costs and increasing turnover, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing leads to coordinate event logistics, layouts, and designs, ensuring safe, timely, and effective delivery with a focus on risk mitigation and maximising stakeholder experiences.
  • Maximise exhibitor experiences by fostering high levels of customer service and effective use of systems and processes.

Key qualifications include extensive experience in major events and sales processes, proven track records in similar roles, and strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including well-developed writing skills, and analytical and conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and CRM's.
