**About Vitalcare**

Systems include traditional nurse call infrastructure with both wired and wireless technology (LoRa) along with specialist ecosystems for dementia support, fall detection, RTLS, and wandering resident management.

Our expertise includes wireless IoT (internet of things), mmWave radar, voice (neural networks), lidar and machine vision. All Vitalcare systems are supported via Vitalcloud, the company’s secure cloud-based management and reporting network.

The company has offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Wellington (NZ) and employs over 40 staff.

**The Role**
We are looking for an outstanding professional who can coordinate our marketing efforts nationally based at our new offices in Lane Cove, Sydney.

This is a very broad role encompassing marketing strategy, collateral production, social media, on-line marketing (including search), direct marketing, trade shows and media relations. It suits an enthusiastic, versatile and outgoing person who can work as part of a small but productive team with a national and international responsibility.

Nurse call, health, medical or aged care industry experience would be highly regarded for this role, but not essential. Enthusiasm, creative thought and a positive outlook is critical.

**Experience**
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies is essential, including understanding social medial, search and media relations. Having some technical expertise would be beneficial as would experience in tender response, marketing copywriting or journalism.

**Responsibilities**
Working closely with the sales and leadership team, the role has the following responsibilities:

- Co-develop and implement national sales and marketing plan
- Management of company identity across all client and market facing facets of the business
- Engagement with new and existing clients
- Management of all promotional and professional relationships
- Tender and quotation support.
