About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Professional to join our team in driving growth across Australia and beyond. This individual will be an all-rounded marketer who can turn creative ideas into effective marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote marine and yacht products across Australia and the region.
  • Assist with digital marketing strategies, including social media management, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Help create engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage social media channels, monitor and respond to messages, and analyze performance.
  • Update website content and monitor online metrics.
  • Assist in customer relationship management, updating databases and tracking campaigns.
  • Build relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Seek partnership opportunities with like-minded luxury brands.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns and plan/coordinate marketing activities, including boat shows and events.
  • Conduct research on customer demographics, competitors' strategies, and industry trends.
  • Manage photo/video shoots and handle day-to-day marketing administration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or above.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in the marine, automotive, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design software.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong eye for design and storytelling with experience in content creation and campaign execution.
  • Able to manage various agencies and external vendors.
  • Experience in event coordination and management.
  • Strong organizational, project management and planning skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills.
