Assistant Marketing Manager – Marine

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be an all-rounded, flexible and versatile marketer who will help with the growth of our yacht business across Australia and beyond. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience and be able to turn creative ideas into effective marketing initiatives that align with DCH Marine's brand and business goals.

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote marine and yacht products across Australia and the region.
• Assist with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as driving digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, traffic, generate leads and sales.
• Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Help manage social media channels including posts/stories, monitor and respond to messages in a timely fashion, and performance analysis.
• Update website content and monitor online metrics.
• Assist in customer relationship management (CRM) systems by updating the databases, managing and tracking campaigns through various channels including e-newsletter, WhatsApp etc.
• Build relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Seek partnership opportunities with like-minded luxury brands.
• Help oversee advertising campaigns across different channels and platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand image and goals.
• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing activities such as boat shows, various events, brand activations, including logistics and vendor liaison.
• Conduct research on customer demographics, competitors' strategies, and industry trends to inform marketing initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate photo/video shoots.
• Handle day-to-day marketing administration including scheduling, documentation, preparing marketing reports, and budget tracking.

• Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in the marine, automotive, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong eye for design and storytelling with experience in content creation and campaign execution.
• Able to manage various agencies and external vendors.
• Experience in event coordination and management.
• Strong organizational, project management and planning skills. Able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality.
• A highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that can work independently and a self-motivator who can manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
