We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service and Administration Coordinator to join our team at gforce employment + recruitment in Ballarat.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in-store, via phone, and email, ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products, promoting sales and driving business growth.
  • Enter sales orders into the system, ensuring accurate data entry and completion of orders, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a well-organized store, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate pricing, meeting company standards.
  • Efficiently operate POS and EFTPOS systems, streamlining transactions and enhancing customer experience.
  • Refer potential large business opportunities to account managers, fostering relationships and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience in customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Demonstrates high-level administration skills, including proficiency in software and data entry.
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience in using POS systems and managing inventory.
  • Ability to upsell, think critically, and work both independently and as part of a team, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
