About the Role

The Service Coordinator is the primary point of contact between our clients and our Service Technicians at FindStaff. This role oversees the coordination of new and used machine sale preparation jobs and used equipment refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with and coordinate Service Technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient job completion.
  • Finalize work costs and invoices for service work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organize and dispatch final work orders to clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients and/or representatives at the service counter, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the smooth running and efficient outcomes of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee the completion of all used equipment refurbishment jobs in accordance with established procedures, ensuring quality and compliance.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automotive or Engineering industry.
  • A varied skillset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
