About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Registration Clerk at Cars24 in Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the registration process of vehicles, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and timely processing of paperwork.

You will also be responsible for acquisitions of vehicles bought, liaising with Service NSW for over the counter transactions, and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24.

Additionally, you will provide support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with vehicle registration process
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Process paperwork in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Service NSW
  • Provide support to sales team and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Customer-first mindset
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations
  • Experience in computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in administrative tasks and working with paperwork
  • Strong organizational skills
