About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HV Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP). As a member of our Asset Management Services (AMS) department, you will be responsible for managing repairs and upgrades on critical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, cables, and protection relays for some of the largest renewable energy assets in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on high-voltage equipment, including switchgear, transformers, cables, and protection relays.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintenance projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of high-voltage equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A NSW Electrical License.
  • Sound knowledge of HV equipment.
  • Previous experience in the utility or industrial industry.
  • Desirable but not essential, experience in testing and maintaining HV protection systems, HV substation secondary systems & primary plant, HV plant/assets, power transformers.
