**About the Role**

We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team at Cars24 Australia as a Registration Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the registration process of vehicles, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and timely processing of paperwork.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with the registration process of vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and timely processing of paperwork
  • Liaise with Service NSW for over the counter transactions and maintain a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24
  • Data entry and ensure our systems are up to date and correct
  • Provide support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed

**Requirements**

  • Candidate should have a customer-first mindset
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations is preferred
  • Experience in computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Positive and enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in administrative tasks and working with paperwork
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure during busy periods
