Job Summary

Cars24 is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Registration Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the registration process of vehicles, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and timely processing of paperwork.

About the Role

As a Registration Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the registration process of vehicles
  • Ensuring compliance with state regulations and timely processing of paperwork
  • Acquiring vehicles bought
  • Liaising with Service NSW for over the counter transactions and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24
  • Data entry and ensuring our systems are up to date and correct
  • Providing support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A customer-first mindset
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations is preferred
  • Experience in computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A positive and enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in administrative tasks and working with paperwork
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure during busy periods
