Expert Implementer

About the Role:

This senior role is responsible for driving functional area implementations and providing expert guidance to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Leverages expertise to lead multiple concurrent Workday functional area implementations ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Oversees Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor, providing ad-hoc advice to Engagement Managers and leads to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Fosters cohesive structures and effective project communications for cross-functional delivery between areas.
  • Collaborates with Solution Architects to estimate projects and participates in Sales Orals meetings to support business growth.
Key Requirements:
  • Current Workday Certification or equivalent expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications.
  • Certification in at least two subspecialties in addition to their area of expertise.
  • Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle Workday Implementations (minimum 3).
  • Track record of leading at least 2 Workday implementations.

This position involves serving as the billable functional leader on Workday implementations, working closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, functional area leads, and senior client resources.
