Workday Expert

This is a senior-level role that involves guiding and delivering functional area engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with engagement managers, project leaders, and client resources to provide strategic guidance and leadership on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead functional area implementations, ensuring efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution.
  • Oversee Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions on Workday implementations.
  • Provide advice and support for engagement managers and leads.
  • Ensure cohesive structures and project communications for cross-functional delivery between teams.
  • Support sales teams by assisting Solution Architects with estimating projects and reviewing estimates for Change Orders in functional areas.
Requirements:
  • Current Workday certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Certified in at least two subspecialties.
  • Completed 3 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
  • Led at least 2 Workday implementations.
