Job Overview
The Functional Architect is a key leader who provides expert guidance and delivery for functional area engagements. This role serves as the primary functional leader on implementations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a robust solution that meets clients' needs.
Responsibilities
Provide functional leadership on multiple concurrent implementations.
Oversee architect workshops and client confirmation sessions.
Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice.
Oversee all functional areas ensuring efficient design and configuration of the delivered solution.
Help teams understand methodology and provide feedback to support continuous enhancement of tools and process.
Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery.
Support sales teams by assisting Solution Architects with estimating projects and participating in Sales Orals meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
Current Workday Certification.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Certified in at least two subspecialities including Core Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting.
Completed three full lifecycle Workday Implementations.
Led at least two Workday implementations.
