Job Opportunity: Senior Functional Architect
About the Role
The Senior Functional Architect is a key leader who drives functional area implementations and provides expert guidance to deliver successful outcomes.
This role involves serving as the billable functional leader on Workday implementations, working closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, functional area leads, and senior client resources.
Lead multiple concurrent Workday functional area implementations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Oversee functional area Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ad-hoc advice to EMs and leads to ensure seamless project execution.
Foster cohesive structures and effective project communications for cross-functional delivery between areas.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to estimate projects and participate in Sales Orals meetings to support business growth.
Requirements
Current Workday Certification or equivalent expertise.
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications.
Certification in at least two subspecialties in addition to their area of expertise.
Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle Workday Implementations (minimum 3).
Track record of leading at least 2 Workday implementations.
